  • To exercise rights and perform obligations under the Companies Act.
  • To implement various investor relations measures, such as shareholder benefit programs and surveys.
  • To manage shareholders, including the preparation of records based on various laws and regulations.

• (3) Response to Officers, Employees, and Retirees

  • To pay remuneration to employees and other personnel, including wages and bonuses, perform personnel and labor management, provide welfare benefits, and manage occupational health and safety.
  • To carry out social insurance and tax procedures.
  • To make emergency contact and respond to disasters.
  • To carry out other operations incidental to employment relationships and business activities.

• (4) Response to Applicants for Recruitment and Hiring Activities

  • To review, decide, and communicate hiring results.
  • To contact successful applicants prior to joining the Company.
  • To use application information of successful applicants as the Company’s personnel information after they join the Company.
  • To carry out other operations in the course of recruitment and hiring activities.

The Company may jointly use personal information within the following scope in order to achieve the purposes of use.

  The Company implements access controls to limit the personnel in charge and the scope of personal information databases, etc. handled by such personnel.
  The Company has put in place mechanisms to protect information systems that handle personal data from unauthorized external access and malicious software.

• (7) Understanding of External Environment

  When handling personal data in a foreign country, the Company implements security control measures after understanding the personal information protection system in the country where the data is stored.
